Extremely efficient, demonstrated remarkable flexibility and took great care of our furniture. The team were cheerful and competent with the loading and unloading process proceeding very smoothly - despite the steep stairs and tight spaces.

Lloyd popped over for a quick review a few days before and price up (the move timelines were tight). He was friendly and covered all the services we needed without making a song and dance of it.

On the day a friendly team turned up, had us emptied and out on time (we were in a block of flats so lots of stairs involved).

Having a varying date for moving, so common these days of chains and other related issues our concerns were eased greatly by the team at Keys. From the first contact to final goodbye it was a smooth well ordered operation. Our varied items, home and garden were handled and delivered with great care. The advice pre move and provision of packing material was a great
help and the care and concern by staff for our varied items beyond reproach. What was expected to be a long affair, over two hundred miles was a breeze. The whole job took well under time thanks to this great team. Would thoroughly recommend.

Two lovely guys from Keys Removal & Storage Ltd came out Tuesday 17th September 2024 to remove items of furniture from my deceased parents property. They then drive to one location and dropped off some items and remove a couple of items. The drove to another location and dropped off some items and collected some items. They were super quick and very professional. Took good care of the furniture we wanted to keep with plenty of blankets. Respected the homes with more blankets in the properties. Lloyd was really quick and professional with his responses to my enquiry and questions. I would definitely recommend these guys if you need anything done quick and professional

We really can recommend Keys Removals. From the initial meeting with Lloyd to assess our needs through to removal day everyone was calm, efficient, reassuring, polite and treated our property (and us) with respect. They always arrived on time and worked quickly ( good old fashioned values). Through no fault of ours we had to change our removal day several time but each time Keys managed to ( calmly) reschedule. After a very stressful house sale/buy Keys really did manage to reduce the stress levels. We can thoroughly recommend Keys Removals.

Keys removals were bang on time, very friendly and professional. They arrived the day before move day to pack up half the items and then did the rest the following day. On time and very efficient, everything was moved and they were ready and waiting at the new house by the time we got the keys. Nothing damaged at all, everything moved into place, excellent service, good value for money, managed heavy and large objects (ceramic bbq, hot tub) perfectly. Highly recommend, they were a nice bunch of people and did a great job!

Recommended to us, and pleased with helpful advice and competitive quote after first visit. Plenty of good quality packing boxes, paper and sticking tape, (although at a charge).
5 men arrived early with 2 vans, so everything loaded and away within 2½ hours for 180 mile journey. Vans came straight through meaning a patient wait for completion. Then all moved into house by 5.30, when we half expected to do some on next day. Men very courteous and willing to move furniture from room to room, when we changed mind.

Efficient and professional, and a reasonable price. Very happy.
