Issue sorted
But site should inform that delivery takes time.

After 9 months, I had to format my PC due to the RAM dead, the answer from the CS was that a lifetime key is only valid if you do NOT format it, and if you want to make one of these you MUST buy another key of the cost of 72 EURO.
Still NOT clearly STATED and explained, furthermore, you replied to me in my private email, and this is starting yo be stalking. Accept the critics to improve if you don't want no need to reply and stop to write me private email as per GDPR European Law.

I have been a customer and the product i bought stopped to work properly!
I just contacted them again to get the matter fixed but they no longer want to get in touch with me because the product does not work.
I tried again and they blocked my email at: contact @ keymix. com
This is very unprofessional and is a sign of a Scam company who sells products with no follow up of their customers because there is somthing fishy with the product!
Do not buy because there is NO customer service! Once you buy, it is over!
