Brilliant retailer that sets the benchmark for others
Microsoft Office 2013, free software. Quick and easy to download the iso file and incredibly simple to run the install process. Credit to the iso file packing and the simple and clear instructions. An instantly provided software key both on line and via email that worked on first time activation. No need to contact support for assistance. Plaudits to Keys Express for providing the software free of charge rather than just binning their surplus keys. I have also purchased software from Keys Express a few years ago and through my own fault messed up the installation process. The support team were very helpful and non judgemental, so you can be sure that if you have an issue it will be dealt quickly. I honestly rate and recommend Keys Express very highly, buy from them or download free software, you will not be disappointed. One thing to be aware of, the software is reasonable due to the use of one off licence keys. The only disadvantage is that you cannot transfer the software to a different PC or a new hard disk. However, Keys Express make this very clear when you buy the software.

Thank you so much for your detailed and thoughtful review!
We're truly glad to hear that your experience with our free Microsoft Office 2013 download was smooth and satisfying — from the quick ISO download to the successful first-time activation. We also appreciate your recognition of our efforts to provide clear instructions and make surplus keys available instead of discarding them.
Your kind words about our past support interactions mean a lot to us. We believe that everyone deserves respectful and helpful assistance — no matter the situation.
You're absolutely right to mention the non-transferable nature of one-time license keys, and we’re glad you appreciate our transparency on this point.
Thank you again for recommending Keys Express so highly. Whether free or paid, we're always here to provide reliable software and service!

Thank you for your feedback. We understand that there was some confusion regarding the product key. To clarify: The free software you ordered does not require a product key for activation, as it is fully functional without one. The note "Product Key: No key required" on the invoice was included for administrative purposes only.

The review will not be as good in the…
The review will not be as good in the part regarding the version. You are writing about the Microsoft Office 2024 Professional Plus version and the version is LTSC. This is not correct. Yes, you mention it below. But it is too late, the purchase has been made. I believe that it would have been correct at the beginning to write about the version that it is the LTSC. And not the regular one. I saw later that this version is the one that has been released on the market. And there is no other.
