Reactive – We respond rapidly to alarms on your behalf, this eliminates any risk to your staff, as they no longer need to attend. Providing support: Each of our services has been specifically designed to safeguard your staff, premises and contents. To support you fully, we provide: Dedicated account managers, no call centres! Monitoring, management and reports of our service levels. A 24 x 7 security ‘Safety Check’ on the welfare of our officers, averting any employee liability claims under the Corporate Manslaughter Act. 24 x 7 Security Patrols By holding a set of your keys, we can provide a rapid and effective emergency response and patrol service. We can also offer a ‘Lock and Unlock’ service to provide access for contractors, staff and deliveries. All customer keys are unmarked except for alpha-numeric security tags/codes and are stored in insurance-approved key safes. They are logged in and out, providing an auditable signature trail. We hold extensive insurance cover, which includes a specialist risk policy that governs the holding of a third party’s keys.See more
