I sent this message to them several times, two days ago. No key, they don't respond, don't waste your money either, get off this site...

Sadly seems these guys have become scammers now. I sent them payment, never received the code. I've chased & chased & heard absolutely nothing back from them.

Over a year ago, I purchased a code for an annual subscription. The transaction went smoothly, I got the code after a few hours. A few weeks ago I bought a code for another year, after waiting a few hours, I tried to contact the customer service without success. Then I sent a dozen or so consecutive e-mails with no success. Currently, a few weeks after the purchase, I assume that I will not receive the code or the return. Unfortunately, I will not recommend this site.

I placed my order for an advertised product. I got the receipt with transaction completed. I never received the key code required to activate the product. I tried every possible way to contact this vendor and never received a response or even an acknowledgement that I tried to contact them. I now have in a request for a refund. At this point I am highly doubting a response for this either. My advice - don't buy from them.

I already bought some keys over some years. They suddenly stopped accepting paypal payment and accept only visa and btc (and some unknown i dont know). So I paid with BTC and got a bugged(?) html code as the key with no key inside. Support didnt respond after 2 mails after one week. Seems like a scam to me (domain could've been possibly sold and now being a phising scam site). DONT BUY ANYTHING FROM THAT SITE!

EDIT: The owner sent me a key after 3 weeks.

Never sent premium code. No response when I reached out to them about it. Received payment confirmation and sent that to them. It’s been a week and nothing. This is a scam! You will never see you money again.

I paid for the key, but nothing came in the mail. Support responded after 3 days and sent the key.

Good service! I placed 2 orders same time, made 2 payments for Katfile. After first payment, I do not check spam email as announced, so I continue making the 2nd order and pay. After contact support, I checked my inbox again, to my surprise, 2 keys were sent to me almost immediately. I requested the refund for 2nd payment, because I only need one key. Keyoneclick are okay and I got it. Sorry for the inconvenience, and I'd be happy to give them a good review. Added their email to my contacts, and I will definitely buy more months next time!!!

I got problem with their payment system.
I bought 1year premium account (I paid via VISA card): My VISA account has been charged but I got error message saying payment can't be done or I have to use another card. I bought vouchers from them before this, but all went well.
However this time, as I said, my visa has been charged meanwhile their payment gateway said I can't pay with that visa ! Weird... !
I e-mailed them about this.
And do you know what they answered me ?
Well, not only they didn't help me resolve the problem but on the contrary accused me to SCAM them !
So all I could do was sending email to my VISA card provider to tell them the problem. Unlikewise the KeyOneClick support team, they didn't accuse me to scam them and promised me to investigate about it. Fortunately, I finally got my money back from the visa provider after more than a week, thank god !
KeyOneClick, I give you one star for your support performance !

Your reply is another proof of your incompetence in helping your customers : See, you still insist that it was MY ERROR ! If you buy something on the web with you visa card, and it was been charged even if the payment gateway told it was enable to debit the card, in what is it the customer's error ? In that case, it COULDN'T be the buyer's fault ! The payment system made an error, either on your side or on the bank side, I don't know. In my first email to you, I just ask you to verify the payment. That's all. Then, you told me it was my fault and last but not least : that I want to SCAM you... It's a really bad and gratuitous accusation you can do to customer who just need a kind response from you. That's WHY I rate you 1 star. And don't try to scare me with your threats. In your last email, you wrote : "If you did not change review, I will request delete your review and request some filehosting be careful with your account." Please, go on ! Do what you seem fit. From my point of view, I just gave an honest review. And if you think that threatening customers who gave you bad reviews will help you have good rating, dream on...

On Jul 6, 2021 I wrote a negative review on Trustpilot about KeyOneClick Premium Service. Today, 5 1/2 month later (!!!), they commented my review. Not only a little late for a reaction, they also reply with complete nonsense.

Dear KeyOneClick staff, I am NOT a recent customer who had a grant of $33.99. The date of my order was 5 1/2 month ago and the price was completely different. Wrong customer, wrong reaction from you!

Two days ago I paid for premium key. So far I don't get any one. They don't answer for any mails. I think that I lost my money. This service is truely SCUM. :( Give my money BACK !!!

Dissapointing service. No code received after 3 days. They sent me an email to advise its been sent however nothing received and shows processing on the account. Use another provider.
