After much research sounded good in theory, but worst experience, literally nothing worked with very first customer. No training of service staff, tech doesn't work and I have emailed 3 times to get a refund. I don't recommend, it's hopeless.

I have used this service for 1 month and stopped using it as the customer experience has been very bad. It's not a self service offering and relies on shop owners to hand the keys. This leads to lots of manual interventions with human errors. After cancelling all the plans and returning the keyfob to the shop, KeyNest kept on charging me different fees. I had to get a refund. A couple of months after, they started charging again with no usage. Their systems are easily out of sync and relies on manual entries which lead to billing horror. I continuously ask them to remove me from all the billing and Stripe subscriptions but to no avail. I have to email support every now and then to get a refund. If I don't find out about the charge in my bank account, it would have silently charged.
