I had two windows installed a year ago, and recently one developed a fault. They sent an engineer out to review it, who fitted a replacement window for us. No quibbles. Great customer service. Professional attitude. We are very happy with the service.

The blinds do not run in the runners properly and the clips break. Had a blind company fit them and they said they are faulty and nothing they could do as common with these.

I had a snag with my windows in my new build, Lee who works at Keylite attended my property to fix it. Extremely helpful, Polite and knowledgeable. Fixed them in seconds. Absolute asset to have at Keylite!

I've got a pair of Keylite roof windows in my property, which were installed when the house was built (2019).
Never had a problem until recently, where the plastic catch somehow broke which meant the window wouldnt shut properly. Which is awful timing as i'm in the middle of selling my house!

Managed to find the part number and emailed Keylite, wondering if they would even supply direct to residential customers.

I can't thank their customer service team enough - in particular Chloe Sutton - for sourcing the replacement part & sending out on an overnight courier!

Excellent service by Kritika saini when the chips are down and a problem needs solving faster than normal then she definately goes all out to help us.

Have used various Keylite roof windows over the years and they are really great quality. I find them to be much better than the most common name brand.

I have my first instance of an issue a month or so ago with an electric roof window that had developed a fault.
With no hesitation the customer service team arranged an engineer appointment and Lee landed and fixed the issue in no time at all and also double check my other roof window while at the house. He was an absolutely lovely fella too. Faultless customer service.

Ordered 2 blinds one perfect the second faulty and promised a replacement. Still waiting and they now say factory delay.
Considering these were twice the price of other makes service has been poor.

These blinds are easy to install and operate, but materials are of questionable quality as small pieces of plastic fall out at regular intervals. They are not blackout as the fit is not precise.

I am a second-hand owner of a previously new build house, one of the keylite roof window high above the ceiling has never been used, and I found that I am unable to open that window. I write to support of Keylite and they send engineer to check the window. The gentlemen opened the window for me, without any fee needed as it's under their 10-year warranty. I am very happy with their warranty service.

Great service from Daniel and the Keylite guys. I had an issue with a small plastic clip that I failed to install correctly and yet not only did they replace the part Free of Charge for me, they sent me additional clips for other windows that hadn’t failed, but I had also installed incorrectly !!! Super quality product …. And more sensibly priced than the V alternative. Superb customer service.

We have several Keylite roof windows installed around 11 to 12 years ago and, overall, they have performed well, look great and represented good value.

However, one of the integral blinds has failed after what appears to be UV-related deterioration of the plastic components, causing the concertina blind to jam. Given the UK climate, I was surprised to see this type of degradation.

The more frustrating aspect has been the after-sales response time.

I contacted Keylite around two months ago to arrange a repair while preparing our house for sale. I was asked to complete an online form for a quotation, which I did promptly. It then took just over four weeks, and two follow-up calls, to receive the quote. I accepted it immediately, but a further two weeks later I am still waiting for confirmation of an installation date or next steps.

To be fair, staff have been polite throughout and have explained they are dealing with a backlog. However, when a customer is actively trying to proceed with a repair, the lack of progress and communication becomes quite difficult. Especially when timing matters.

I am hoping this review helps bring the matter to a conclusion because, based on the products themselves, I would much rather be able to leave a more positive review.

REPLY: I emailed you on 29 April accepting the quotation and asking you to progress. I have not received any further communication from you although I appreciate email is not infallible. My telephone enclosed in my communications. To avoid confusion please phone so we can draw to a conclusion.
