Amazing customer service always
Great products and a very competent and helpful team all round. Always been looked after by Keylite. Quick turnaround on products most of the time. I've fitted quite a few roof windows…
I've fitted quite a few roof windows over the years and have recently been using Keylite roof windows on a number of jobs. The quality of the products is excellent and they're really straightforward to install. Everything is well designed, the instructions are clear, and the fittings all line up properly, which makes the installation process quick and hassle-free.
The windows themselves look great once fitted and my customers have been really happy with the finish. Delivery has always been reliable and the overall service has been excellent too.
I'd definitely recommend Keylite roof windows to other builders and installers looking for a quality product that's easy to work with.

Awful communication from order to…
Awful communication from order to receipt. You get email saying thanks for order and you hear nothing at all. Delivery isn’t fast it takes 10 to 15 days or even more.
Returns you have to pay for and God knows how long my refund is going to take as I’ve been waiting well over a week to 10 days for my refund.
Blinds are good quality it’s just the service that sucks
