hi there.
bought the 200k$ challenge with a discount (available till end of september I guess) as part of expanding my own allocation.
had some trouble logging into the trading platform (my fault), contacted the support team. surprised there was an option to chat with them via telegram, and it took them less than 1 hour to reply (it was late evening, obviously not normal working hours). case solved within 5 mins so I didn't miss the trade I was planning to open.
we traders are definitely skeptical and careful about new things coming into the prop market, but so far I'm with them and I'm fine.
