I tried a lot of products but by far key has resolved my hot flushes which is a great relief!!!Thank you so much Key!My orders also arrives promptly so no worries about running out.

I took a month of the collagen and peri menopause vitamins. I noticed improvement in my nails and joints after a couple of weeks. After this month I took a break of a month and noticed these improvements had diminished, I’m back taking them now and I feel the same improvement again.

I find them very hard to swallow, too chunky. Perhaps in a capsule form.

So I have taken key since May 2022, I can honestly say, that they have changed my peri life! My energy levels, brain fog, irritability have all reduce dramatically. I can say this with my hand on my heart, as I had covid end of September and stopped taking it. Went back on it early November and within 2 weeks all my symptoms improved! So highly recommend this product, to all women, regardless of age they have a supplement to suit all.

Best collagen, easy to take and visible results

I have been taking Key for Her for about 9 weeks now, to say that I am like a new woman is an understatement. I had a hysterectomy (1 ovary left)10 years ago at 36 so it was hard to know when I was starting perimenopause/ menopause. I can’t remember when I felt this good, no anxiety, loads of energy (usually I’d sit on the couch after work & have to have a nap) no interest in house work but irritable when it was done, the list goes on. Anyway, amazing amazing supplements & podcast. Ye made me realise I was normal but didn’t have to live feeling like this. Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!

Using the menstrual cycle key for her vitamins a month now. Today is the first time in 29 years that I have gotten my monthlys and have zero cramps and no upset tummy. I started to use these supplements (Key for Peri + Menopause and Key Collagen) approximately a month ago and already I have noticed many positive changes in my life and wellbeing. I am 46 years old and a couple of months ago I started to experience joint pain, fatigue and a decline in my memory... I did not like it a bit.. This situation actually frightened me... With PMDD I was at my witts end.
I follow a lovely woman on Instagram who for a full year was asking followers to help her with any info on how to relieve her period problems eg. Mood swings, acne, cramps, you name it! Eventually, one day she said she was trying key for her and she noticed a massive difference. Now I’m not one for jumping on the band wagon but her experience felt similar to mine, and with the only “doctor” option being the pill, I decided f-it, I’ve nothing to lose, I’ll give them a go (after I checked the reviews of course). I went on the website, filled in the questionnaire to find out which key for her product works best for me (they do (peri) menopause versions as well). You get an essential blend tablet and a remedy tablet, take both once a day. Now I have tried vitamins before and I was sceptical these could be an over priced vitamin - I can confirm, they are not just vitamins. I have noticed small but important changes with in myself mentally within the first month of use. It is recommended that it could take up to 8-10 weeks for you to notice any changes - same with any thing. I have decided to explore some more and order a 3 month subscription. I also emailed key for her to ask a few questions with the expectation it would be a customer service agent, possibly a robot who would respond. Well I kid you not, Renée, one out of the 2 ladies who created these Angel Sweets (yes I do believe they are made by angels) personally emailed me herself multiple times giving me extra tips and extra information I have never gotten from any doctor! I would 100% recommend these to you, your mum, your sister, your granny - anyone woman who has difficulty with their menstrual cycle, even women who just want good period support should take them! I can’t express enough how important it is to look after our wellbeing, but if your experience is anything like mine, it’s a lot easier said than done especially when your “period brain” is going against you with hurtful negative thoughts and irrational fears. I do believe in the short space of time, I’ve already noticed my mental challenges fade slightly. They are not gone yet, but I do believe these little beauty’s will help significantly!
