I first engaged with KeyCommerce following a Google Merchant Account Suspension, which they successfully resolved, and following my positive experience with that, I decided to take them up on their Google Ads management services.

We've seen a lot of success straight off the bat after working with them - the team is very friendly, responsive (we have regular comms with them), skilled at what they do (they really know what they're doing, we have had a lot of indepth technical discussions regarding media buying), and most importantly, has your best interests at heart - they want you as the brand to turn a profit more than anything else.

I was suspended with Google Merchant Center and Google Ads. After I had exhausted the allowed attempts to bring it into compliance on my own (Google only allows 3 before you're banned), I hired Key Commerce to help me get this resolved. Diego Yorio reached out very quickly after enrollment to ask some questions and get the ball rolling. They audited my site and GMC account, and produced a list of items that needed to be updated/corrected in order to be in compliance with GMC's policies. Diego then guided me through the audit, and made any changes on my behalf that I asked him to. When the updates were complete, Diego contacted GMC and Google Ads directly (I had been getting no response on my own, prior to hiring Key Commerce) to request another review. Google reviewed my site and determined it is now in compliance.

Diego at Key Commerce made this process as painless as possible, and I was very impressed that we got this resolved on the first attempt. Very thorough audit!

We are a new player in the skincare space which is an extremely tricky vertical to navigate with Google. We were suspended in late June 2023 and after 4 months of relentless iteration, reviews requests and cool-off periods I hired Key Commerce to do a full audit of our site and config.

They were on the case within hours of signing up and completing payment. Our report was delivered on time in a week in a professional presentation with clear steps to mitigate the potential issues annoying Google's algorithm. After 6 months and 10 days of draining our brains with no reasonable feedback from Google it was really awesome to have fresh insights from people who truly understand the frustration of this process.

I had a great experience dealing with KeyCommerce for my GMC/GA issues. Initially, it started as a misrepresentation issue on GMC and then my Google Ads got suspended as well and I was in a bind. I did try to fix it myself for a few weeks, then someone from Upwork tried but there was no success. Diego did a deep dive on my website, found a few potential issues and we methodically resolved each one. He then continued to communicate with Google on my behalf to get the account unsuspended. It took a while, especially because there was confusion between the GMC and Google Ads team but he remained patient and persistent - I definitely would have given it up as a lost cause. And his work paid off, he managed to get my GMC and my Google Ads account unsuspended! I'm really grateful for their service and recommend them to anyone who needs help with a Google issue.

I have watched a lot of free content about Google shopping ads on YouTube. But this was something special to understand easily. I appreciate the "KeyCommerce" team for serving this huge amount of informative course for free. This course helps me to wrap up my Shopping and GMC skills.
