Sold me a Steam key that was already redeemed by someone else. No response from support.
Bought a Steam key for Street Fighter 6. When I tried to redeem it, Steam informed me that the code was already redeemed. Paid for nothing and no response from customer support. Instead they are using a lot of time to answer these negative reviews to look like a serious company. But don’t let them fool you. Stay far away from the scammers at Keycense!

Invalid Key
I bought a game from here and the key instantly given to me, but steam showed that the key had already been redeemed via a different account and is therefore invalid. Contacted the customer service and read the FAQ but it was, either way, still slow and not up to par in terms for what the company shows itself as.
After 5 emails and no proper reply, do not buy from this key shop.

Take your money and then dont deliver
I placed an order for a Steam Key. Keycense took the money via PayPal and then immediately said " No Stock initiating a refund" but strangely no sign of a refund. After 6 days Iogged a refund request with Paypal and got an immediate full refund.

Bad experience, no keys provided, no response from seller
Purchased 2 keys of same product (paypal). No key was shown in My Orders, no response from seller in 40 hours, so I decided to ask paypal for refund.
I will definitely stay away from this seller in future.

I purchased the game Dredge through Keycense, and two days later, the key was unexpectedly marked as “refunded” without any action on my part. I have reached out to customer support multiple times, providing all the necessary details, including my order number and screenshots clearly showing that the key was refunded.
Despite this, I have yet to receive any meaningful response or update regarding whether I will be issued a refund or replacement. Whether the issue lies with their support AI or their staff, the lack of communication is unacceptable. Based on my experience, Keycense has some of the poorest customer support I’ve encountered.
