Still no product after 18+ hours
Still no product after 18+ hours. Order #69d39 is stuck. I purchased a game yesterday, but my order #69d39 is still stuck on "Loading". I have contacted support via email and social media, but I am being ignored. This is not instant delivery as advertised. If I don't receive my product within the next hour, I am contacting my bank for a chargeback. Very disappointed.
