Key Cafe has been integral to tracking and managing our department's plethora of keys! From the start, customer service and communication with Key Cafe representatives has been exceptionally fast and helpful. Once we received our system, the installation process went smoothly. Setting up the backend did take a while and there is a learning curve, but now that we have the system in place, we're not sure how we ever managed without it!

Keycafe has solved so many of our headaches! Before hand, we would have to spend hours a week tracking down keys as people would move them or lose them. Money that was spent on replacing keys and lockboxes is now saved. Recommend this product if you are having key issues!

We really enjoy this product, having the ability to remotely track who has which keys is great. Managing the system is super easy.

Generally Keycafe provides us as Airbnb hosts with a decent, needed service. There are just a couple of flaws: 1) the system is shaky, sometimes goes offline, with disastrous results if you have a tired international traveller who can't pick up his keys, & 2) their on-location tech help is unreliable; they may or may not show up, able to help. The people online, via chat, are fine, do their best, but obviously can't do much about the above flaws.

Chiba was most helpful. She/he assisted me with my need and addressed it in a quick and efficient manner. She ensured that it had the highest priority. Thank you for being so helpful.

Horrible boxes extremely buggy and always making me problems with customers when they have just traveled half the world I regret getting this trash. selling products with dangerous defects and fraudulent transactions out of nowhere
