I cannot speak highly enough about our equity release adviser, Andrew Warby of Key Group.
From the start, Andrew was friendly, welcoming and highly knowledgeable, quietly and calmly explaining the process involved. He answered our queries clearly and in terms we could easily understand.
Andrew's communication was excellent throughout - he kept us involved and let us know the stages we were at, and gave us sensible timescales so we could see how we were progressing.
The entire process was handled with exemplary professionalism and friendliness - Andrew made it very clear and was always readily available if we had any queries.

Our Estate Planning and the updating of our Wills has been managed by Tom Walmsley. Tom has been exceptionally helpful in all aspects of his professional guidance. Polite and good humoured he cuts to the chase with an easy style and with language and terms that can be easily understood and absorbed by the lay person, probably entering into this area for the first time. He is both understanding and very patient, leaving no stone unturned to ensure complete understanding of the various issues (and pitfalls) involved.
