Amazing customer car -stress free car buying.
I went to Kevin Adey for a Ford Ka as wanted a cheap to insure car for my son to drive. I’d researched garages customer feedback ratings and it was between Kev’s and one in Guiseley. So I was sad Kevin’s FordKa had been sold when we went to view it. But he gave brilliant advice on the good/bad with different car models and let my son try others. Son liked the Ka so Kevin offered to find us one and kept in touch. He found a low mileage one with lots of receipts for maintenance and servicing. It is perfect. My son loves it. Unfortunately it developed an electrical fault over a couple of months. When I phoned Kevin as it had got really bad he told me I should have brought it straight back when I noticed it. He mended it under warranty at no cost to me. He is such a brilliant man so knowledgable, helpful and not pushy … but main thing is he is truly focused on wanting his customers to be happy. Outstanding customer care 5 stars all the way!
