About a year ago I have donated £ 100. Recently I notice some money been transferred every month to an unknown account for over a year. Later I learnt that this Scam was committed by Ketto. then I have changed my bank detail to protect my account. Since, change of my account detail I have been bomarded with email and calls from US based phone Numbers asking for further donation so” THIS SCAMERS CAN LIVE A LIFE OF THEIR DREAM BEFORE THE CURSE OF OTHERS CATCHUP WITH THEM.

I would give minus stars to this scammers if I could. Recently I donated £150 to someone in need and they gave me the donation certificate of £150 however when I checked my account, they charged £177. I have been trying to contact them via given emails but seems like fraudulent emails. Team like you is an absolute shame to society who scams people using someone's miseries. Disgusting humans.

Hello, I have an active SIP plan with ketto and last month the app logged me out. Now upon relogging using email. It is not showing my SIP. I tried login using my mobile number but for some reason the app is sending the otp to +91-(my mobile number) instead of +44-(my mobile number). Even though I have mentioned correct country code for the login. Anyone had such issues before. How do I contact them? there is no way to reach them out except for a contact form as I am based in the UK.

Ketto allows donations from any country and it enables me to give back to my fellow people.

I want my money bk I did not enter to you to take money out of my bank I need that as I'm disabled so I paid 9.99 and I got ketto gummies that's what I paid please I can't afford that money

Two very serious issues- suddenly getting spammed from the legit ketto servers on our .org account and more concerning- a new unique email just setup for a facebook accnt. Seriously, we just set it up and created a fb accnt with it and they used it to spam us, soliciting the same message as the other spam. Obviously FB servers are an open book and somethign is very wrong at ketto.org.

Ketto took $805 out of my account unauthorized. They are scammers and it is a scam. Some online companies like locate part online uses Ketto.org and states that Ketto.org is a payment partner.

While I appreciate the cause, my decision to donate a few times out of good will has now become the reason for constant irritation. I get calls non stop regardless of me telling them I’m a college student and I can’t afford donating anymore. I’ve blocked numerous numbers but they keep calling from different numbers anyway. I’ve asked to be put on the no call list and still nothing. I want to delete my number/account but there’s no such option on the website. It should be my choice to decide whether corporations get to keep my information or not. Creating an account somewhere shouldn’t mean I’m giving my contact details to use forever. Please make an option of deleting accounts on ketto. I’m genuinely so frustrated and don’t know what to do further.

I had set up a recurring donation with Ketto and after a while I wasn't able to keep up with it. They call relentlessly. For MONTHS. It is such a nuisance, even if I was thinking of donating through them I will not. I would rather donate directly to the organisation.

I saw too many RED FLAGS while donating to them. When asked for my tax-exempt certificate I got fobbed a few times. I dont need the certificate as I pay my full tax but this did not seem right to me. Additionally, I was short of money one month and I discontinued the plan for a month. Turns out my gut feeling about them was RIGHT! THEY UNLAWFULLY PULLED OUT MONEY from my CREDIT CARD and I had to put a Block of them at bank level. Sneaky stinky. Public Beware.

I felt so bad I have been donating ketto hence I can not even comment unless I donate and funny thing is they only show on screen how much needed for patients they never show how much they have raised they only display the time formation and days left there is no transparency in ketto they are basically looting the people money by taking advantages from innocent people by advertising on Facebook and other platforms #Stop scamming people if you really want help then be like that don’t take money in the name of victims

I had made a donation before 2 years, they sold my number to third party fake donation companies and they keep calling me harassing for donations stating various causes. DO NOT DONATE TO KETTO, THEY WILL GET YOUR MONEY AND SELL YOUR DATA. Plus their employees keep calling you every two days asking to money. WORST PATHETIC EXPERIENCE, GOVT SHOULD CONTROL THESE KIND OF SCAMMERS.

I have made donation. when asked for 80g support team is giving irresponsible reasons. which are very silly. Without 80g i dont lose anything, but we lose trust in ketto. Support is very poor. Furthermore i dont do any donations to ketto. Impact guru far better. ketto ashamed for not supporting the donors. Look like they are doing fake

UPDATE: After talking to Ketto support, I realized that they ensure that the donor can contact the patient and fundraiser. Just that sometimes not enough may get raised. However whatever is raised is passed on the beneficiary.

I am a regular donar and have a fixed budget of $200 to donate every month to different causes. I am not sure if they're legit and 100% committed to what they say. 2 Reasons - I frequently see there ads on fb with heart touching pictures and videos asking to donate. Last night I decided to donate and see how it goes. When I reached their page for fundraising for Srilatha Myakala son, I noticed they did not show how much fund has been raised already. It just showed 13 days left, USD 6,500 something needed and I can only see details of donars and amount raised only if I donate. So, I proceeded to donate.
2. I tried to donate USD $20 but their platform popped up an error message mentioning that I need to donate minimum $30.

When I finished the payment of $30, then it was shown that already USD 11,000+ has been raised and they're still going on to raise more for probably 13 more days.
So, overall I felt cheated. Bad experience. I blocked their pages on fb now and will block them wherever I can because I do not see transparency here.
Bye bye Ketto India forever.

Hi, I am a regular donar and my donation amount depends on my financial condition of a month. On 27th July morning ketto customer care people were keep on calling and compelling me to do immediate payment in gpay and arguing asking me to join in some monthly payment schemes with automatic debit option which I am not interested.please change this kind of conversation with donar which may create bad option on the ketto's moto and thier service.

In order to get their commission they are Bombarding the net with their ads. This has to be controlled.
