I didn't receive my order! I have emailed KetoKeto twice. They have not responded to my emails.

I made an order. The order remains unfulfilled despite order delivery suppsedly being 2-3 days. I have emailed the company approx 3- 4 times without any communication from the company to myself. I am pretty disappointed at the customer services not thinking that a customer is asking about a paid order. In fact I'm cross.

Don’t like the mix boxes as I really didn’t like 3 of the flavours so it was a waste of money and I wish I had got for Bakewell cherry and Lemon. The other flavours just aren’t for me or my wife. I will continue to buy the flavours I like but unfortunately in the combo box I don’t get to choose Lemon so I have to by cherrybakewells and lemon separately meaning there’s no discount that works at all for me.

Really tasty bars with a great range of flavours. Amazing taste and very healthy product.

Great flavours at great prices. Prefer the lemon and poppy seed bars but will be trying the salt and vinegar snacks when they are in stock! Would recommend

Great tasting bars with a flavour that makes you forget you are actually doing Keto and a perfect for IF too as they keep me full up for long periods. Brilliant for an evening snack. Love all of them but particularly cherry bakewell! Tastes almost like you are eating an actual cherry bakewell cake. Been a repeat customer for many years

The delivery time was much longer than expected and the bars were awful….no way we could eat them!

I contacted the customer service team many times about my order, but received no responses. I eventually received my order, which took over two weeks to arrive. I have no problem with the product received, but I would like to see an improvement in your customer service.

Enough already. I have been continuously bombarded with marketing emails and texts (!) even after placing an order. I still haven’t received the bars after a week, and you’re now asking for affirmation about how wonderful your product and service are.
It’s a shame, I quite liked the last boxes but I won’t be harassed like this

Great bars and they are vegan. Not easy being a vegan on a low carb diet but these are a wonderful addition.
Delivery time excellent

I have reviewed this company and I keep getting requests to review them. I have emailed repeatedly requesting to send back products, no response. Customer service shocking.

Great bars! Lovely flavours

I left a one star review when I was asked twice for my order which had not turned up.it did arrive after a week. What was more frustrating was not receiving a response to my chasing emails.

Anyway my bars turned up and they are probably the nicest Keto bars I have tasted. I purchased the mixed flavour box. They are all very tasty but the coconut and Bakewell are particularly nice.

So, an unreserved 5* for the bars and 1* for delivery time and comms! Surely, these issues can be easily resolved?

I love these bars as lm a busy person on the go. These are great to have in my car and cupboard for something on the move

Items haven’t arrived and I haven’t heard back from the company about where my order is (ordered 2 weeks ago and no further information received, emailed company for update on order but no response)
