This company is a complete and utter joke! I ordered a replacement for my front motor core and they sent me the rear motor, and when i try messaging this people they completly ignore all my messages. They will only help you when you pay, but as soon as you try contacting them asking questions, advice or that they sent you the wrong parts they will ignore you. Dont buy from them!!

I bought 2k800 need to return one box can't be used as it is soaking wet of rain I have been told they will not take it back without box I can buy new cycle box for 30£ see if they will reply to me now bikes are great love mine but should be able to return my wife's

Ordered My K800 in blue on the 9/9/24 Received my bike on the morning of the 17/9/24 just eight days later it was so well packaged took me 10 minutes to get the box open , Was Delivered bang on time by a local delivery company Xl !! I was kept informed every step of the way , So don’t why people have put negative reviews, The bike looks well made with really fat tires, can’t wait to hit the `Road “

Professionalism, trustworthy company

We ordered a k800 pro from this company through amazon never got bike kept be fogged of with different coloured bikes still no bike ask for are money back got noway even amazon seems to be with the fraud company side has trouble getting money back from them they offered us free brake pads for a none insistence bike so send them back and still waiting for refund my advance take them to court and get trading standards and papers to stop them frauding others

Electric bike ordered 5th April- estimated 3 day delivery.
Order cancelled by KETELES 7th April due to alleged issue with their bank, refund promised within 5 days.
Then told refunds to be issued after 5 days.
No more replies to my emails.
24th April passed info to RBS fraud dept.
Chinese company, do not be fooled by .co.uk
