Good experience overall, especially with the tinted moisturizer and the highlighter, but I am not the biggest fan of the lip products. Don't like the colours and it dries out the lips a bit.

The CC cream is of really poor quality – there are much better alternatives out there for a fraction of the price. For example, Magic CC Cream for around €10 performs far better in both texture and results.

Additionally, I received the wrong product and have contacted customer service twice with no response.

I love the products from Kess! I have gone through at least 10 of the brow pencils and it’s the only brow pencil I will ever use! The blush sticks are also amazing, love the colour. But the brown mascara is a little disappointing to me. The color is very light so it doesn’t really show much at all… other than that I am a big fan of Kess and will continuously buy products from them :)

I had a great experience with Kess. I ordered the Jelly Treat Lip Oil in Jam and the Rose Blush. Both are great quality and color. I can recommend!

Buyer beware, these are poor quality products masquerading behind vegan-washing and high prices to try to convince the potential consumer that they are products worth buying. Customer service is also abysmal. It is as if the team is being run by different groups of people that do not communicate with each other. They also take a while to reply before dropping off and ignoring you. On top of that, if you are ordering from Italy at least, you will not receive any tracking number. Several have reported never even receiving their packages so be mindful and think very carefully if you want to order from this brand. The package arrived for me when I was not even in the country, despite anxiously waiting and following the most generous time estimation. Luckily, I had a neighbour who kept it for me.

The company also hides negative reviews. I posted my reviews on each product I bought and they are nowhere to be found on the website. For the record, the mascara SMUDGES and smudges badly, the CC cream is of such poor quality it is like you are applying greasepaint, the kajal liner's smudge tip will come off with repeated use. None of these products are worth the price, they are cheaply made and produced with awful formulae.
