Good job installing but I believe there was one mistake made. A piece of carpet was left on the wall behind the door covering the wall mold. I don't think it is supposed to be there.

Keith is an outstanding sales person. You should do everything in your power to keep him on board your company. He is an asset to Kerns. I have dealt with man sales people over the years, and Keith is top notch. Keith's affability, availability and knowledge make him a valuable asset to your company. You should make sure you keep him happy and on board. His loss would be Kern's loss.

The sales side of the experience was great, a couple of glitches on the install, but was very well addressed by Kerns and found them to be very fair.

The first carpet was laid.............there was a flaw in it.........Kerns replaced the entire carpet at no additional charge

Quick, efficient, friendly service

The Sales person, Michael Kerns, knew the merchandise and was most helpful, and the gentlemen who laid the carpet were very professional. However, we are concerned with the seams where two pieces of the carpet were joined and sewed together. As time goes by the seams are becoming more noticeable and concerning as to whether or not they will split apart. We would like to have someone from Kerns call us to arrange a visit to look at the seams. Our phone number is 262-782-2697.

I have purchased carpeting from Kerns several times. I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the product and even more impressed with the workmanship of their installers. I have heard so many times that when making a home purchase the installation is the most important. The workmen for Kerns are true professionals. I highly recommend them to potential customers.

We had to get carpet quickly so we went with Kerns despite the very high price. There were hiccups in the ordering and installation processes. The one positive was the gentleman with whom we worked. He was extremely helpful and apologetic for the errors.

Our experience with Kern's Carpets was excellent. The sales staff and the installers were helpful and professional. We comparison priced the carpeting we had installed and Kern's offered the best price after some negotiation. The carpeting, which was meticulously installed throughout the house, is beautiful and we could not be happier. We would most definitely choose Kern's Carpets again.

We had to have a spot in our new carpet repaired where our cat tore it up. They were prompt and did an excellent job. Luckily, we had kept a piece of the new carpet so the repair person just cut a small piece from that for the repair. We have been very happy with the carpet and the service from Kerns.

Very good quality carpet. Keith our salesman was very helpful and responsive and the carpet installers (Anthony) were excellent and very diligent and careful. Also cleaned up very well.
