Kerkyra and 3 other companies were forwarded to me following an enquiry via the Renewables Energy Hub ( who, as an aside, I also recommend in sorting the wheat from the chaff!) I got 4 very professional quotes from 4 companies and accepted the lowest, which was from Kerkyra.
Install was completed in 2 days with hot water at the end of day 1. System was commissioned on day 3 at the end of which everything was up and running.
The team who came to our house were unendingly polite and covered all the floors in the house with either dust sheets or carpet protector ( we had most of our radiators changed as well as the majority were 50+ years old!)
They were not only polite but also good humoured through a few unexpected issues that occurred during the install.
The admin updates were 1st class ( we got the confirmation of the £7500 grant within a few hours of submitting it).
All in all, this was a great experience with the politest workmen (Phil and Carl) that you could ever wish for. No hesitation in recommending them

Installation guys arrived as promised to install solar panels, battery and associated electrics, weather was not good, it rained all day. The guys just worked through the rain with a smile on there face. Batteries, Invertors etc all installed in the garage but James the electrician was very particular that all wiring was neat and tidy. When completed, the system was fully explained. Great Job.

We had an 10kW Mitsubishi Ecodan ASHP system installed by Kerkyra in late June 2025, including a new hot water cylinder and 11 radiator replacements. The experience from start to finish has been excellent. Jonathan, who did the initial survey, clearly knew his stuff and our interaction with him was a big part of our decision to choose them to carry out the work.

We were initially sceptical that the installation would be completed in the two days advised, given that most of the alternatives were advising 4-5 day installation timescales. However, the work was completed within the two days, to a high standard, and the installation team were fantastic. Both of the main installers had years of experience with heat pump installation, which was reassuring, and they were hard-working, professional and respectful of our home.

The delay in writing the review is due to fact that the system has only needed to provide hot water during the summer months, so we've only just started to require it for central heating purposes over the last few days, as the weather has cooled. Unlike a typical boiler setup, the system is set up to be 'always on' with the heat pump providing 'low and slow' heating when required to maintain the house at its target temperature, based on the outside temperature. The initial experience suggests that it will prove to be reliable and economic means of heating our home, compared to the combi-boiler system that it replaced. After the application of the government BUS grant, the overall cost of the system was comparable to that of a replacement boiler, and the system will be far more economical for our household to use, due to the existing solar and battery system at the property.

I also have full confidence that, should any issues arise during the guarantee period, that the Kerkyra team will deal with these swiftly.

I have no hesitation in recommending Kerkyra for ASHP installation work and have no regrets about using them for our 'leap of faith' into the world of renewable heating.

We had several similar quotes for an air source heat pump and these guy's came up with a similar cost to everyone else.
Decided on them because their solution, suggested by Johnathan, was by far the simplest and least disruptive inside the house. He answered all my questions and was very knowledgeable.
The guys arrived 10 mins before the stated time at 7:50 am and worked until 10pm. Job done in one day rather than the estimated two.
Minor leak discovered few days later was dealt with quickly and efficiently.
Great service, I have no hesitation recommending this company.

The workers arrived early as they told me and the 2 of them worked solidly from 8am to 9.30 pm
All that was needed was installed in that one day and after the electrics were sorted everything is working fine.

This companies representative was exceedingly knowledgeable about all aspects of both the products and the installation of them. He patiently explained in detail the products and the procedure. He answered fully all my questions and accommodated my deliberations about the final installation positions.
The Solar installation gang were quick and efficient, but more attention to small details would have prevented someone having coming back to make a small amendment to their work to make it aesthetically acceptable to me.
The Air source installation gang were hardworking and efficient, very respectful of my home & the contents. They were happy to discuss different aspects of the job and fully accommodating of my wishes.
The after installation follow up with certificates & guarantees speedy and I would be happy to recommend this company again.

Our instillation proved difficult due to the age of our property, but the instillation team worked wonders, managing to conceal all pipe work in quite a creative way!
We were impressed by the knowledge & experience of the company and the speed of delivery (less than 3 weeks).
We have had another visit by the IT guy to set up the app and we’re able to have outstanding questions answered.
We are extremely happy to have ditched oil and our energy costs will be slightly cheaper, with a warmer home.

Kerkyra installed Grant ASHP and 10 radiators over the course of three days in mid-January. Installation was efficient and ASHP is working well. Two small technical glitches were dealt with promptly and efficiently over the next couple weeks.

We spoke to Kerkyra energy about a heat pump for one of our rental properties , and was extremely pleased with all aspects of the service provided from the friendly help and assistance offered and initial advice and quotation received that helped us make up our mind to chose the company

we were not disappointed in any way , professional friendly installation team & in house electrician made the experience a very pleasing one for our not so easy to please tenant , and when help was needed it was immediately at hand , no fuss and no excuses , they popped straight out to sort a minor issue with and external pipe

Highly recommend this company, we shall be getting them back to install our PV's later this years

I do not recommend Kerkyra Energy Ltd for the installation of an air source heat pump. My reasons are as follows:
In May 2024 Kerkyra installed solar panels, a battery and an air source heat pump in our house. Issues with the heat pump staring coming up as soon as the weather turned cold and we switched the heating on.
The heating did not work. It took Kerkyra 2 weeks (yes, we had no heating for 2 weeks) and a complaint to the MCS for Kerkyra to agree to pay for an engineer from the manufacturing company (Grant Engineering) to visit our property to ascertain why we had no heating. The engineer found the following issues:
1. The pipe to the air flow meter was incorrectly installed resulting in the meter not being able to read the flow. Hence no heating!
2. No Glycol was in the system, as recommended, resulting in the manufacturer's warranty being invalid.
3. The sensor for the hot water tank was not securely fitted resulting in the sensor not being able to measure the temperature of the hot water.
It took another 10 days and pressure for the MCS Complaints arm to get Kerkyra to rectify the above.
Ever since we had switched the heating on we had noticed how noisy the pump was. This was surprising as the pump had been recommended by the Energy Consultant working with/for Kerkyra and was supposed to be very quiet. Today (5th December 2024) another engineer from the manufacturing company came to figure out why the pump was noisy only to state the pump had not been installed according to the manufacturer's instructions! The air pump is fixed high on an external wall whilst it should have been on the ground. This results in vibrations which, according to the engineer, explains the noise. The pump needs to be relocated to the ground, on the other side of the house. This is going to mean another battle with Kerkyra with the help of the MCS!
It is a mystery to me how Kerkyra got certified by the MCS. I hope that my ongoing complaint is going to result in Kerkyra no longer being certified by the MCS. In the meantime, stay away from Kerkyra Energy Ltd.
The solar panels and battery are fine by the way. Sheer luck??

Kerkyra Energy installed my solar pv system, with battery storage back in March this year. I was so happy with not only their work, but the whole process, from start to finish.

When it came to the stage of wanting an Air Source Heat Pump installed, I had no hesitation in going back to Kerkyra to discuss my requirements.

Once again, their service was exceptional. The installation was carried out to a high standard, everything was done very neatly and left clean and tidy, once finished.

I can highly recommend Kerkyra Energy to anyone looking into any form of renewable energy.
