Absolutely love it if you are treating…
Absolutely love it if you are treating thinner hair. It takes longer to see a difference for coarser hair. It is possible to reduce the thickness of hair but way beyond the recommended 12 sessions.

Customer Service will scam you and not allow full refund. Found nothing in the reviews around this before buying until I purchased and it is an absolute joke. Stopped working at 5 uses....FIVE USES!!
Customer service would not give me a refund and can ship a "new" one and after hours of back and forth, I can for sure say this is a scam company. Do NOT BUY

Scam and fraud company who provide with…
Scam and fraud company who provide with faulty items. After getting in touch with customer service they will send you replacements that are also not working. After that they ignore your emails.
They won't provide with a refund so your money is gone and you're left without a product that you paid for.
Highly do not recommend!
