Georgi obviously has a wealth of experience in the travel industry and listened to what we wanted from the holiday and made his recommendations within our budget. We were happy to book the resort based on his advice and are really looking forward to our holiday.

I’ve just booked my 2027 holiday to Mauritius with Kenwood Travel, and I have to say what a pleasure it was dealing with Lai Yap.

Lai was so friendly, chatty and genuinely interested in what I wanted from my holiday. She asked about my interests, took into account that I’m travelling solo and, importantly, that I’m a bit of a fidget and don’t want to spend two weeks simply sitting on a beach!

She really listened to what I wanted rather than just booking me into a resort and sending me on my way — or, even worse, somewhere full of honeymooners when I’m travelling on my own!

She also reminded me about things such as transfers and thought about the little details that I might otherwise have overlooked. It genuinely felt like she was finding the right holiday for me, rather than just selling me a holiday.

I’m now very excited about Mauritius in May 2027, and I’d like to say a big thank you to Lai for making the whole booking experience so enjoyable.

If you’re looking for someone who is friendly, knowledgeable and actually takes the time to listen to what you want, I’d definitely recommend Lai and Kenwood Travel. 🌴☀️🍹
