Pretty seamless after initial contact.
After finally getting the right telephone contact number and getting a call back, all has been pretty plain sailing with Kent Removals. Our estimator, Gillian Graham was helpful, personable and very professional. The actual removalists in Perth, Mike, Lester and the gang, were prompt, efficient and reliable and friendly. We are now just awaiting for the transport from WA to Hobart and the unload to happen.

This is the third time I have used Kent Removalists, and once again, my move was seamless and stress-free. Kent has always been reliable, accommodating, and easy to coordinate with, with prompt responses throughout the process.
The administration team was friendly, professional, and understanding, making the entire experience even smoother. On moving day, everything ran on time, and the team was reliable, efficient, and genuinely wonderful to work with.
A huge thank you to Agnaldo and Everton, who were absolutely amazing. Their professionalism, care, and positive attitude made all the difference. I highly recommend Kent Removalists and wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

From start to end, Kent's engagement and service was excellent. The quotation process was thorough. The actual move, and the moving team - were brilliant. They were professionals, they had a plan of attack, and they did it so well. Friendly, polite, happy to share a laugh and answer our questions, they put us at ease in what is a stressful time. It started with the wonderful packing…
It started with the wonderful packing team; so efficient and lovely to see such happy workers. Then the removalists were amazing - on time and moved us out and in in one day - they never stopped. And finally the unpacking ladies - again on time and worked non stop making it very easy for us. And of course the great office team from first contact on, who have supported us and made sure everything was on track. thank you

Very happy with Kent Removals
Very happy with Kent Removals. The men listened and did as I asked. They were pleasant. My only complaint and the loss of a star is that there is what appears to look like an oil stain on the arm of my lounge the size of a 10 cent piece. I will deal with this stain myself.

Very friendly and efficient staff. Pickup guys did a great job in difficult conditions including lots of rain and a not very easy parking arrangement. The drop off guys went out of their way to get the furniture into a tight entry to an apartment - much more than you would have expected.
