I mistakenly ordered through this company's website thinking that they provided official licence plates. Once I realised the plates were not official (which it does state on their website), I swiftly cancelled my order. I called the next day to confirm cancellation and was assured that my money would be refunded. 2 weeks later, I had still not received my money. I contacted them via their Whatsapp account. The person who replied was very unprofessional and tried to blame me for making things difficult. In the end I have had to go through Mastercard. The 'company' is one guy who trades under Born Technics. They operate out of a house outside of Rotterdam. Do not buy from this person.

I received my ordered license plates very quickly. Only there was a mistake. I reported this and the same day it was arranged that I received a new one. Super handled

Via direct Whatsapp contact the delivery was quick and even dilveried on a vacation address in a other country. Thanks.

Quick and as requested, good quality plate

Product was well received, it would have been 5 starts if actual same day/next day delivery was possible. If a number plate is damaged and a new one is needed to continue a (home) project, it would have been great not to have to wait until the next weekend.

I ordered my yellow license plates 2 weeks ago and have not heard anything. This website is a scam! Buyer beware!

They have received my money but I have never received my plates. They have also never responded to my inquiries.

I highly doubt that. 7th of May I placed the order. 10th of May I got a message that 'the order is ready'. I send an email on the 18th. Absolutely no reply. I texted you the 21st with a question, where I included information such as date of ordering and order number. However, you only reply with "Good morning, what did you order?" and not even an answer to my question. You are the store, you should have this kind of basic information in your system.
Today I finally got a reply here but nowhere else?

Update:
After this review we got in contact via text. One explanation why they could not fulfill my order later I requested a refund. One week after that I have still not seen any money returned to me.

Update 2:
It's been a total of over 1.5 months of regular contact, still no trace of my money.

Update 3:
Still nothing halfway July, which is about 2.5 months after placing the order.

I have ordered 2 plates from this company. I have only received 1. I have sent 2 emails to them asking for the 2nd plate to be sent but they never replied. They have also not refunded the cost of the 2nd plate.
I see other customers have had similar problems.
It looks like this company is not running a fair business.
