Poor Quality and Shockingly Bad Packaging

I purchased a necklace from the brand Kenneth Jay Lane through Farfetch, shipped directly from the brand’s official store in New York. The necklace cost €134, and I was honestly shocked by the poor quality for such a price — but even more shocked by the packaging. The necklace arrived simply placed inside a plastic pouch! Even budget platforms don’t ship items this way.
I expected a much higher standard from a well-known brand and for the price paid. Overall, a very disappointing experience.
