Bad experience—received cheap, fake product

Like Shane and David, I had a bad experience with kenneth-blake.com. My son asked for a jacket for Christmas and sent me a link for the one he wanted. I usually check Trustpilot before ordering from a new retailer but, sadly, didn’t this time. I was scammed out of over $100. Don’t order from them.

I ordered a Men’s Large Colter Wool Jacket in black. It arrived today. It’s definitely is not a men’s large, and the fabric is too cheap and shiny to be believable as wool. There were no labels in the jacket and no tags. There also wasn’t a purchase receipt. The jacket was folded into cheap, clear envelope and then mailed in a white poly envelope. The sender on the mailing label said “Peter/5215 S Boyle Ave, Vern on, CA 90058.” No where in or out of the package was noted KENNETH BLAKE
Granite Tower, 222 N 32nd St, Billings, MT 59101. Doesn't act like an honest business in my opinion.

This is a Chinese bait and switch scam company which will absolutely rip you off.

This is a fake company with a slick website undoubtably created with AI representing that the company is a Montana based family owned clothing store. It is in fact a Chinese Bait and switch scam company which will send you unwearable garbage with no labels. This website claims they offer a 60 day return policy but when you try to return their garbage they will tell you that it’s on your dime and to ship it to China will cost upwards of $50. They will offer you a 15% credit to make you go away. They list a building in Montana, which is a secure professional office building as their address yet they give no suite and an AI search indicated that is probably a address they use with absolutely no presence there or anywhere in the US.
