What a fantastic experience!

We’ve had some issues with the house that needed investigation. Erica the company director arranged for one of the surveyors to visit our home.

Ben arrived promptly and quickly identified the causes of the problems that we are having with the building. He also had digital tech with him that allowed him to take pictures of the causes of our problems that were really high up our property. Ben was a highly professional and a pleasure to deal with.

Within 48 hours we received a detailed surveyors report with pictures of the causes of the problems we have as well as recommendations on how to remedy the problems. The report will make it really easy when commissioning contractors address the repairs that need to be made. Kenneth and Edwards were also able to make a number of recommendations about who we might get to do the work.

I was very impressed with Kenneth and Edwards from start to finish. Rebecca organised our survey quickly and was always on hand to answer any queries. Ben called us immediately after completing the survey and followed up shortly after with the full report. He also took the time to talk us through the it. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

Excellent service. Really detailed buyers report and quick turnaround. Personal call from the surveyor whilst on site to talk through the main findings. Would highly recommend.

Cannot rate Kenneth and Edwards highly enough- the work and reports they produced when we had a fire in our school were exceptional. The only thing better than it was the manner in which they conducted themselves! They've made a great difference to so many of our children and families and we are so grateful to them for the work they've done!
