Just had a fault on a new Outwell tent which required an airbeam replacement. Andy got in touch with Outwell & got a new one sent to France in less than 48 hours. Excellent service from Kenmar & Outwell, deserves far more than 5 stars. I wish all companies looked after their customers this way.

Was looking for a pair of good Scarpa walking shoes the same as my previous pair which are now difficult to come by. Newer model doesn’t come in correct size. Arrived quickly, good price and just as comfortable as my original pair which are now ready to be retired. Very pleased with the service.

I phoned to enquire about a price match, understanding that these small businesses are competing against the giant retailers. I was very happy to accept a slight reduction because I realise supporting local small retailers is so important. Not only this but I received my new jacket within 18hrs of placing my order. After being messed about by another supplier telling us stock wasn’t available we decided to go to Kenmar.
What a difference they made. Ordered everything we wanted and was with us within a couple of days.

Ordered new boots - the best price online - on 31st December, they were dispatched that day and they were delivered on 3rd January. Great service, pleased with the product and happy to recommend.

Boots ordered on Saturday afternoon and arrived on Tuesday. Product exactly what was ordered and at a very good price.

I needed a new pair of walking boots. The gentleman who works in the Wakefield store is really knowledgeable, and helps you to choose a boot that fits. He suggests different brands and different sizes. Excellent customer service, and great price too.

I purchased a pair of walking shoes 3 days ago and wanted to return for a refund as they proved to be a little on the large side (I didnt want a credit note as I have all my other walking gear) ..unfortunately I was greeted by who I think was the owner (apologies if this is not the case) telling me they Do Not refund goods?.. I found this a very disappointing attitude in 2024 where customer service and satisfaction is key to any business and would definitely not have purchased them if I had known, walking shoes have to fit perfectly, if not, it can cause painful problems, as a retailer of such shoes you would think they would understand this, trying them on in a shop for a couple of minutes does not always give you the best idea of how they fit ...the shoes are in a resealable, unused condition so I am unsure why he started to raise his voice and get annoyed...This was very unprofessional behaviour in front of other customers and an unpleasant unwarranted experience for myself..

This is an actual store in Wakefield. Great friendly service from the team!

Bought a winter coat for my son, found them via google shopping. Coat was £60 less here than everywhere else. Delivered next day and well packaged. Son very pleased!
