Very helpful staff on reception. One day it would be great to have all the documents needed already uploaded online to facilitate repeat bookings or need to spend any time at all representing everything before picking up the keys. It would also be even better if, like Zipcar, the keys were already within the car and the car doors could be opened and locked using a Kenhire app. This would also mean that cars could be picked up out of office hours and transform your business

Outstanding service by the Kenhire team in Ashford for my Luton van hire
What an outstanding company the Ashford branch of Kenhire is 👏👏👏. I rented a Ford Luton van with tail lift yesterday 20/1/22. The staff were great on the phone when I made my booking, Lauren was really helpful on the front desk at the Kenhire site when I visited the premises before my rental date and when I collected the van on the 20th, the van was great to drive (even though I’d never driven anything so huge before) and the full deposit of £150 was returned to my card the same day as when I returned the van on the 21st. Their prices were also considerably lower than Enterprise van rental and they offer a 5% discount with an online booking. I will definitely use Kenhire again 👏👏👏

So far, so good.
I rent vans maybe 3 times a year. Usually use a more local company, but this particular time my regular haunt didn't have a van when I needed it. I must say I was very impressed with KenHire. When I got back they asked if all went well; I mentioned the van was a bit 'whiffy'. They came outside; did a sniff test; agreed and immediately offered me 10% off!!! Most welcome surprise of the week. Will most certainly use again...

What an excellent vehicle hire company.
What an excellent vehicle hire company.
I hired a 17 seater minibus from this company for a weekend.
The staff are polite, friendly, very helpful and and they would go the extra mile to accommodate your requests.
Also, the vehicle was in good shape, clean and reliable.
I would definitely use them again and I strongly recommend them
