My first shirt order from Kempt. Fantastic, classic and timeless mens wear, light and roomy denim shirt. This is not slim fit so look elsewhere if that's what you are after. Package was high quality with nice personal touch. Highly recommended.

I ordered an extra large shirt for a present. It was too big so I reached out to see what the best way was to exchange it for a large. They were incredibly friendly and helpful and exchanging the shirt could not have been easier. The design of the shirt is fab and the material is beautiful. I will definitely be shopping here again

I have purchased 4 items from Kempt, three shirts and a pair of chino’s
Being based in Queensland, Australia, ordering online makes things a little apprehensive.
However after corresponding with Kempt owner Christian, he discussed sizing details, as such every item fits perfectly.
In terms of quality and cut, it’s absolutely premium. The collar has a little pop like shirts I’ve purchased from Italy. I’ll be extending my wardrobe with Kempt.

I have bought three pairs of chinos and a shirt from Kempt. The quality is superb, the packaging was beautifully done and delivery was swift. I love what Christian is doing with Kempt and will be a regular customer from now on. I just wished they had a store in London!

Fantastic clothes and better service. I have bought trousers and hairstyles and they fit magnificently and Christian’s sizing advice has always been spot on and delivery is lighting quick. I’d be slow to buy shirts elsewhere

I recently purchased an oxford button down from Kempt. The shirt is exactly what I was looking for, fits great, and I will definitely be buying more from them. Since I am in the US you do have to pay Import duties (thanks Donald)… but the shirts are still great value! I sometimes worry about buying from digital brands, but Kempt has met all my expectations and more. They also sent a lovely bag with my purchase, which was very thoughtful touch.

My denim shirt, which is over a year old and has been worn at least once a week, looks better than ever - I'd even go so far as to say it looks better now than when I first bought it.
I highly recommend giving Kempt a try.

If you want to gamble, you should order here. I ordered two shirts. On the website, the shirts looked very good, and the company seemed reliable. The shirts were sent on time, and the emails from Kempt were also proper. I received the shirts on time, and they are of good quality. However, the fit is strange, with a lot of fabric at the back and very wide sleeves. Not a fit that suits me, so I returned them. Now the company refuses to refund my money because they claim I removed the labels from one shirt and because they are wrinkled. This is truly bizarre, of course they are wrinkled. They are packed in a tiny box. It can't be done without wrinkles. And I didn't remove the labels, they were still attached. It's really unreasonable to refuse a refund because of this. Be warned, if you want to gamble, you can buy here just fine, but if you might want to return something, you can kiss your money goodbye.

Hi Johan, we just happened to come across this review today. I really don't think your review is either fair or accurate. It's clearly listed in our terms and conditions, that anything can be returned to us for an exchange or a full refund, but all labels and hang tags must still be attached. This is common practice for all online companies. From small companies like ourselves to big companies like Nike or Zara and everyone in between.
We completely acknowledge that our fits are not going to suit everyone, but there is absolutely no reason why any of our hanging labels need to be removed in order to try on the shirts.
You go on to say that it's not possible to pack the shirt into the one of our "tiny boxes" without causing wrinkles? Well the only thing I would say to this is, when you received the shirts from us, in this "tiny box", they were not delivered to you with wrinkles.
However, despite all this, we still tried to be diplomatic, which you have made no reference to in your review. Going against our terms and conditions, we still offered you a credit to your account for one of the shirts you returned. We did indeed refuse a credit for the other one due to the condition that you sent it back in. It was rolled into a ball and stuffed back into the box but still not wanting to see you at a loss, we offered to send this shirt back to you as we considered it to be your shirt.
Unfortunately I can't see any way to attach photos to this review in order to illustrate Johans packing skills or lack of them. The only thing I will say, to any other businesses who Johan has left this type of review on, don't worry too much about it.....it's really not worth it.
