The overall quality of the rings is solid, I ordered three rings and all have incredible detail and appear as-advertised! The communications through processing and shipping were great, and I would definitely order from this site again!

I’m quite disappointed with my experience. It took 22 days for my order to arrive in the UK, with 14 days just to dispatch, which suggests it was shipped from overseas. For the price of what is a very simple ring, I expected a much more efficient and polished service.

The overall experience felt unprofessional tracking was unreliable, I received duplicate emails, and communication lacked clarity. Including a box and stickers doesn’t make up for the long delays or poor service.

On top of that, I’m not satisfied with the quality of the ring itself, which makes the wait feel even less justified. Overall, I’m unhappy with the product, delivery time, and customer experience. I’ll update further if my opinion on the ring changes, but right now, I regret this purchase.
