This conpany has totally ripped me off
This conpany has totally ripped me off. My experience was identical to others on here in that they advertise the product at $24.99, but they billed my credit card 99.96. I'm trying to dispute the charge with mybank, but they need a copy of the ad with the original offered price, and I can't find it now. I cintacted Kelpie support the day after I was overcharged. That was 6 days ago, and they have never responded. I also found out after ordering that the company is in Europe, so I can't even complain to Better Business Bureau. I'm so frustrated!

Trying to reach the company
Trying to reach the company. I didn’t mean to order at all it was a pop up ad and I accidentally hit a button. No cart showed up , no amount owing , didn’t ask for an address even. I have tried calling the number in the website. It’s out of service.
Being a bank employee I can tell you if you call your credit card company and confirm the attempts to reach the seller , they will absolutely reverse your charges.
Tell everyone and maybe this helps this type of company from trying to dupe people. Also report the ad when you see it or write an unfavourable review and Instagram or wherever your seeing thier ads will drop them.
