Goodness me! I got myself into a right pickle with HMCT and a real risk of being disqualified. With just one day to spare I contacted Kelly Blake Legal for advise. Although it was too short notice for Kelly to accompany me to court, she very kindly gave me two hours of her time. Kelly explained the legal process regarding a traffic offence and how to understand the room I was going to enter. On sound advise I changed my initial plea from 'not guilty' to 'guilty' pre-hearing and prepared a strong defence statement. Low and behold instead of 12 points leading to disqualification and a £1,101 fine, I walked away with 6 points and a £410 fine (albeit court and prosecutor charges bumped that up to £710). Kelly's warm yet professional demeanor and no nonsense approach instilled confidence, allowing me to get the best outcome. 100% recommended !!
