Great software for resource management and resource planning

We are a medium sized IT company and needed something to help us plan and forecast our resources. Previously we used spreadsheets which was a nightmare.

How do we use it?
- Prioritise our projects

More plus points for me:
- Rock solid platform it never goes offline
