Poor customer service, unprofessional in general. Not recommend
18 June 2026 Shop provided wrong information about the parcel service. Phone numbers provided at the website are out of service permanently. No response via email support. Feels like I’ve got scammed.
Update (9 July 2026):
After my original review, the company contacted me, admitted that my parcel had been mistakenly routed to Oslo instead of Finland, apologized, and offered a €30 compensation. We also agreed that the watch would be shipped again after my holiday.
Unfortunately, that never happened.
After several follow-up emails, I was informed that the parcel had still not returned from Oslo and therefore could not be shipped again. At that point I decided to cancel my order.
The company has accepted my cancellation request but informed me that the order cannot be cancelled and refunded until the parcel eventually returns to their warehouse, even though I have never received the watch.
I appreciate that the staff remained polite throughout our communication and that they acknowledged their mistake. However, after almost three weeks I still had no product, no reliable delivery date, and ultimately had to cancel the purchase.
In my opinion, the biggest issue is not the original shipping error. Mistakes can happen. The real problem is the lack of reliable logistics and the inability to resolve the situation within a reasonable timeframe for a customer purchasing a luxury watch.
