I decided to switch my account to Kellaway after some stupidly long waits for deliveries from Travis Perkins. We are just starting a project in Lechlade and Kellaway received my web order and delivered it the next day and despite a bit of confusion about access, the driver used his noggin and called me and worked out a way to drop the 3 tonne bags over a wall rather than drive into a gated estate where low hanging branches were an issue.

Easy to order on the website and then a follow up call to us to arrange the exact delivery day. Driver was was friendly and helpful. Product was as described.

Easy to order and arrange a delivery. Good price and helpful staff. The delivery arrived when promised and was quick and easy.... but I was left to spread the chippings on the drive myself :)

Very friendly and professional. No hassle company very well priced and fast delivery. Have used this company many times and am yet to have a bad experience. Even yard collection are a breeze, forklift driver are always around to assist over all a very welcoming environment.

My order was confirmed for delivery on 1st July. Nothing arrived. I rang my local Cirencester branch on the morning of 2nd July and was told it would be delivered that day. Nothing arrived. I rang again on 3rd July and was told “it was on the board for delivery today”. As of 17:15, nothing arrived. I’ve even passed on all my contact details to the local branch to give to the driver in case he has sat nav difficulty. This time around, very poor and is holding up scheduled work.

Fab service from start to finish, arrived earlier which was great! Amazing price, guy who delivered was friendly and professional along with office staff. Would definitely recommended and use again if needed.

Quite simply you cannot rely on delivery from this company. Booked a one tonne delivery over a week ago. It was written on the order that it was first delivery of the day. Yesterday again called and it was confirmed delivery was first drop today.
No delivery has been made and after calling was told it was out for delivery but quite frankly that means nothing as I have been told that before from Kellaway with nothing turning up.
I have asked for the Manager to call me and await that call.
Kellaway I have one important suggestion, do not confirm if you cannot deliver as trust gets eroded and in the end customers move on to find a more reliable service.

Great, efficient and friendly experience from ordering phone call to delivery from Chippenham branch. Super fast, same day delivery. Driver was very polite and most helpful, unloading and placing goods where we needed them.

Kellaways marlborough were fantastic delivered my order in super quick time and the same for collecting (after i had over ordered 🤦‍♂️) outshone everyone on price also.

Great advice from Gage in the Bridgwater depot. My Dorset flint is a perfect match to my current 'flint/gravel'. Delivered to the exact spot on my front garden.

Marlborough Kellaway were fantastic! So helpful, efficient and very friendly. The delivery drivers went the extra mile to get everything here and put where we wanted.
