I returned the item as it was not as advertised paid postage both ways but am unable to get my refund Very poor customer service

Never received my $22 purchased product

The company is advertising one type of lights garland, but sends something completely different, a product of inferior quality, which looks much cheaper - was never tasted, kept intact for return. The company refuses to send a prepaid mailing label for the wrong items be sent back. Instead, they are bargaining for a small partial refund, trying to sell their garbage for the price they like.

My review of this product is -0. It is shameful how this company exploits the money of others by advertising such a cute little interactive brown dog that does NOTHING! I bought this product for a physical and intellectual disabled individual and couldn’t wait to see their reaction to the little realistic looking dog only for both of us to be disappointed! Please stop preying on others!

Would give less than one star if I could. Ordered for special needs grandchildren and all I got was 2 pieces of junk I paid over 60 dollars for. Myself and them were very disappointed. False advertisement they are nothing like the address. I could have bought those at the dollar store and got better quality for a much cheaper price. Tried to do something different for them. Waited over 2 weeks to get garbage so upset I
waisted my money on this.

Bought the Realistic AI puppy. DO NOT BUY. The advertising video they show the puppy looking so very real. Is absolutely nothing like the actual puppy you will get in the box. The one you will receive is a piece of crap all it does is go bark bark bark.

Do NOT buy from this company.
I also bought a gorgeous much but received one that could have been made by a child. PayPal refunded me the full amount the day after they saw the pictures. On top of that the dropped it off at “a” post office . As I am in Spain, there are many in my city, but they couldn’t tell me which one. And yes, after I contacted them they offered to refund me 15%.

This company is such a scam. I ordered 2 beautiful looking coffee mugs that were supposed to be or at least resemble crystals. What I got were 2 tiny ( 4 ounces maybe) plastic “mugs”. A blind toddler could’ve made something nicer. I wish I could leave a picture to show how awful they are. I requested a refund but they want you to send the product back first which is a joke. It’s not worth the postage and I’m not an idiot. I was so excited about these mugs and now I’m just embarrassed. Don’t buy from them. Report them like I did and get them shut down.

This is all a fraud never got my parcel 5 weeks later no parcel sending me track numbers to check delivery these numbers don’t exist Pincrest needs to remove them from their site this is fraud it needs to stop they have my money asked for credit no reply

I ordered a Mug from this company. expensive , bad quality, NOT what they advertise on their website. I regretted spending almost 50.00 on a product that my 8 year old grandkid probably done it way better. will never purchase from this website again.

KELANSU: Not what was expected as advertised. Sad to say on receiving product taking almost two months to receive. And when package arrived, it seemed that the package was doubled sealed with tape, when opening noticed no label or invoice. No plastic wrap on item or instructions or welcoming product card. Just a simple item unrapped. It arrived without batteries and it doesn't reach that realistic puppy design of quality. It looks like a $3.00 item from China Town. Way to expensive of this false product. An Ai not indeed. I will say it did arrive as I requested brown. I don't expect a refund due to it might return and wait for no clue. But, will be sharing my experience with the world on not being fooled on purchasing this item for their promise on a complete customer service return or a satisfying complete order. It's strange,we live in a world of scams.

All I can say is ditto on all reviews and FRAUD FRAUD FRAUD

I ordered what was advertised to be a cup carved out of crystal quartz. I know crystal quartz can be lab grown so that's what I expected. What I got was a clear glass cup. The mold marks are readily apparent, and natural light shining through it does not break down the different color wave lengths. I tried to contact support to return it (no luck), nor would the site allow me to leave a bad review. So my advice is to avoid this site.

Product cost me $40 and it's nothing like it looked in the pictures..Sooo disappointed..i will never buy from.here again...over priced plastic that i could have scrambled together alot better

Did not work from the beginning. Company refused to ship a replacement. More money to return to China than original purchase. Whole return policy is a scam.

I would have given zero stars if I could and I wish I’d read the reviews before I fell for the phoney advertising. I thought I was getting a realistic robotic toy dog as in the video. What I got was a synthetic, piece of rubbish that I would not even buy from a dollar store or flea market. It wasn’t even neatly packaged, it was thrown in a box that was too big without padding. Clearly it wasn’t worth the effort.

Not satisfied and old 😡😡😡🤬do not buy the robot dog u will never get it I in proceed to sue kelansu company . And anybody so want to join me to this law sue pls email me at patricia brodin on my Facebookand rite at petition with I will give it to my lawyer ur petition and she contact u this at scam company Pinterest need to take off ppls like that and I will sue next Pinterest too

I got scammed bad ! The toy dog I got was NOTHING to the description they show on line, they didn’t reply to my emails . So you can not get in contact with them , It was a cheap cheap little toy.Thanks to all of you that took the time to warn others.I only wish I had done it before 😫

Absolutely agree with previous comments. A realistic puppy? WHAT A JOKE!!! Some videos seen on Pinterest ads are deceitful and show real live puppies making you believe that"s what you'll get. NOOOOT! Cheap, unrealistic, could come out of a pop-corn box😡
