This is scamming website, they take in credit card information and sends out fake merchandise or never at all. The Instagram profile linked is a fake account impersonating BTS member. If you did placed an order, please change your online bank password and cancel your card if paid via card to ensure safety. A simple search online of the website or platform can prevent from getting scammed.

Scammers. Ordered over 2 months ago, they don’t replay to emails and never send the order

i placed an order a month ago and it never even got shipped. and they don't refund or answer to messages. scam, dont buy there.

Never received my order which I placed on June 21st. Contacted them 3 times no response. Charge on card stated from Australia if you see the 5 star reviews here are from AU which are probably the scammers. Don’t purchase from here they don’t send you anything. Had to dispute with my bank.

I made my order on the 27th of July and nothing happened. I wrote 2 emails (I also used mailtracker once and the email has never been read) and tried contacting them on their website without actually receiving any replies. It's infuriating that they're promoting their services on Instagram using Junkook's name. I will try to dispute my order to get my money back. I don't get how they have positive reviews on their website/Shop app. I don't recommend to anyone this shop.

If could rate a no star I would! Don’t ever buy from here. They are liers fake and not trustworthy. My order hasn’t been ”sent yet” after more than three weeks. I mean Comoros. Atlesst answer my emails! But nothing no response at all. I hate this website and wish I could block it. Buy never here. Unless you want to get rid of money for NOTHING. I’m not angry I’m just ANGRY AND DISAPPOINTED.

I ordered from this website two months ago and received nothing. Luckily I was able to dispute the matter and got my money back, but they do not respond to your emails. Definitely 0/10 experience.

I am from Canada. As and BTS army i ordered a lot of items from this website it's been almost a week they never responded to any of my email and nothing was shipped to me. It's a scam website do not buy from kekekookie.com
