After cancelling an order for heated jacket cable just 12 minutes after the initial placement and receiving an acknowledgment to acknowledge the cancellation request the order still turned up 2 days later. A total of 3 emails to customer services sent within the first 12 hours or so hours with no response from them.
A total lack of customer care and attention to detail and quite frankly I think this is beyond poor, customer service is definitely lacking to the point of incompetence.
I will never recommend nor use ever again.

Whilst the garments are good, any attempt to exchange for a different size is blocked, as their returns website refuses to generate a returns code. Email customer services and you get an automatic reply telling you to try again.
Maddening. I was a loyal customer but never again!

The heated jacket and gloves allow me to ride all year round, as a Cancer patient with trashed circulation in my hands I would not manage with heated grips alone. The only complaint is the Bleutooth Heat Controller failed one month after the 2 year warrant had expired...:(
