Can't fault the service from Keiron Perry by Design ..
We engaged with Keiron Q3 of 2024 with an idea for a project involving complete renovation of our kitchen & dining room. It was a larger project involving removal of a partition wall, ceiling removal, rewire, replaster, rerouting of the central heating, new flooring & kitchen installation. Keiron was an absolute asset in bringing this idea to life. He made suggestions & recommendations. We agreed on a design. His initial quote was thorough .. which included his costs for labour across the different trades (all within his team), materials & installation - and also included estimates on supplier costs for the kitchen units, appliances, flooring, plumbing, electricals etc (which we sourced oursleves). This gave us an estimate of the total project cost, from the offset.
The project was estimated at 3 weeks & Keiron delivered on this. His team were courteous, thorough, detail-oriented & very considerate of us as a family living around the different stages of the project. Also, very tidy. Clearing up at the end of each day.
In all honesty, we may have been able to save some money by sourcing our own trades & piecing this together ourselves - but as a working family with young children, we needed the project management, sourcing of reliable trades & years of experience that Keiron provided - and it's difficult to put a price on that.
No regrets at all. Highly recommended!

Whilst undertaking an extensive renovation project, spanning some six years, during which time a number of specialist trades were employed, we can safely say that Keiron has provided a service that clearly sets him apart. His attention to detail, but more impressively, his ideas and suggestions, has taken our project to a different level, especially in terms of introducing modern concepts without compromising the heritage of this 350 year old property. Keiron's collaborative approach has made working with him, a genuine pleasure.
