LSX II Support
I appreciated the speed, courtesy, and knowledge of the responses. I had particular concerns about the app (not the hardware...which needs no comment, other than to confirm the product's excellence, considering they're "small" speakers, but they sound great). These concerns were resolved in real time.

Customer service adviser was excellent

The customer service adviser gave me a prompt and appropriate instructions via email, using a translation tool and it had no problem.
Thanks to the on-point advise, I could solve my problem immediately.
Now I enjoy listening to music and feel more immersed in music with the high-quality speakers!

KEF Support

I needed to contact KEF Support regarding an issue and their response was very quick. My issue was dealt with by Claire in their Customer Care Team, and she was very polite and helpful. She provided lots of advice and instructions and persisted until the issue was resolved.

Supply of spares and customer servie

Real five star support. Andy hunted down the spares I needed, unfazed by a change of distributor and warehousing and the ensuing chaos that can cause. Dogged determination over many months. Fantastic stuff.

I’ve been investing in Kef speakers for…

I’ve been investing in Kef speakers for over 40 years, many types from budget to Reference and all have performed flawlessly. Having had an (exciting) opportunity to see the factory at Maidstone and a demonstration at their music gallery in London, I can see how their design ethos has evolved, particularly with their Blades. Although needed rarely their service has been outstanding. A massive thank you and shout out to Ron Locke, Andy and Gabriel who have supported me through recent purchases and calls for support, outstanding.

Kef support, very impressed!

Kef support were quick and extremely helpful in helping me replace and repair the tweeters in my Hi-Fi speakers. Very happy with responsiveness and quality of communication over email, price and delivery were also excellent.

KEF customer supprt is second to none

KEF customer supprt is second to none. (well, maybe equal to Quad's 😉)
In particular, Andy from customer support went the extra mile in repairing one of my 30 year old Reference Model 1.2 loudspeakers. He obviously loves his work and is proud to keep up KEF's reputation.
An impromptu factory tour was the cherry on the cake.
Oh, and when I got home the speakers performed perfectly and sound sublime.

Repair of KEF LSX speakers

Returned my LSXs to KEF for repair quotation, when, after several years of perfect service, they suddenly refused to play music from any source, and also displayed an unusual LED flashing sequence. Am delighted to advise that KEF repaired the speakers free of charge, and within a two week turnaround. The speakers are now back in pride of place in the lounge, and working perfectly. So, the overall cost to myself for repair of £900 speakers was £8 for outgoing shipping. Well done KEF. Much appreciated.

Excellent after sales service

I bought new speakers only to discover a week later a new promotion offering 10% discount. I contacted customer service who quickly refunded me the price difference. This is the type of after sales service which separates good companies from excellent companies and KEF has proven to me that they are an excellent company who actually care that I'm satisfied even if it costs them money. Awesome speakers and awesome service, I couldn't be happier.

Customer care, was indeed...customer care! What i mean is that they answered to my questions about KEF R3 Meta with the most detailed and in depth way they could. Helping me understand how to read the loudspeakers specs and make the right decision about amplifier matching.

Damaged Speakers

I have some ceiling speakers that were purchased in 2012. A great product with no hassle.
However, when I took them down to paint the ceiling, I discovered that some of teh fixings were broken.
I spoke with Andy and then sent them back. A short while later they were returned all repaired and FOC.
Very unexpected GREAT service.
