Inconsistentie, klantonvriendelijk.

Hier voor mijn CE vrachtwagen examen opgeweest. De eerste dag op een wipkar ipv de gewenste trekker trailer combinatie gereden?! Volgens planning zou ik alle lessen met 1 instructeur volgen, het zijn er drie geworden. Niet zo'n probleem op zich maar de instructies waren niet consistent voor bijvoorbeeld aandocken. 1 instructeur had er een totaal andere visie op dan de andere twee. Dat ik gezakt ben lag aan mijn eigen examen spanning, ondanks dat het aandocken foutloos ging. Tot op heden heb ik niets meer gehoord van De Vaan rijschool, zelfs geen nabespreking of nieuwe examendatum?! Al met al zou ik deze rijschool aan niemand aanbevelen.
