I have been doing sessions with Prapti…
I have been doing sessions with Prapti for over 1.5 years and her classes are just so addictive, different and I just love love love them! I have not been to the gym for all this time and have not even done anything else, as I really enjoy her classes. They target literally every part of the body! Even if I end up having a bad week of eating, just doing her classes helps maintain the energy. Recommend her ANYTIME!

Prapti is one trainer who will bowl you over with her knowledge and exercise variations whether you are a newbie or a pro. With her incredibly curated exercises with a blend of Pilates , strength training, HIITs, mobility and flexibility training I call her training as buy one and get many variations free ! Highly highly recommend !

She is a great guide and mentor.
Her exercises are the best. She never repeats the same exercise which makes its so refreshing and exciting.

Prapti has been more than an inspiration to me. She has been my motivation and my guide in getting me to where I am today. I am healthier, have changed my eating habits, and managed to change my body shape for the better - whereas I could never do this in the past with all other tried and tested solutions. Highly recommend if you want results.
There is no room for excuses
Prapti is awesome. You don't need fancy equipment or anything just a mat and your self.
The only downside is she caters to all levels of fitness and adjusts for any issues you may have. Eg u can still do her work outs if u have back pain or leg pain so there is absolutely no excuse u can use not to work out. :)
If u follow what she says u ( and others) can see results in as little as a week.
Her whole process is fantastic.
