Terrible service – avoid this company!
I am absolutely furious! I placed an order 4 weeks ago, and their website clearly stated delivery would take 5-7 days. It’s been a month now, and I have received nothing. On top of that, they are not responding to any of my messages or emails. This level of service is completely unacceptable. I strongly recommend shutting down this website, because the customer service is beyond terrible. Avoid this company at all costs!

BAD & HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!
I placed an order on the 19th of August with Winkelstraat.nl and i was told my order is coming from KeepItSneaker but i have not yet received any package till now, I've only been responded to by AI which doesn't help with the location of the actual order.
A sum of €267.85 was immediately charged from my account, with order number #003453110 from Winkelstraat.nl online platform!
The item is Fear of God Fear of God Essentials Jet Black Full Set - M, which seems to be the problem because every complaint against this store is regarding that product.
Why the heck would you put a product online that you don't have readily available in store and you keep collecting people's money, that is really unfair to your customers. As an online store, when an item is not available then you will indicate on the website or just take it off completely.
Now i want my refund back immediately or my item to be shipped today, i will escalate this as well. It's been a month now and that's shameful!
Can Trustpilot please help because this is getting more and more frustrating for online customers and the online stores getting away with this stupid nonsense!

I placed an order on the 16th of August and I still did not recieve it.
Money was immediatly charged from my account(233,90€ not cheap at all for a simple pair of sneakers) but the order status did not even change. My order is still showing as “confirmed” for almost 1 month now. I ordered and paid on the 16/08 and today is the 13/09.
It’s a shame!
I contacted the company SEVERAL times by Instagram, Whatsapp and Email and I only recieved 1 response by Mail informing that my order is late/ still being processed. This was on the 03/09. No Update or any kind of Feedback/ response after that. Not even after I asked for a refund and cancelation of my order.
REALY BAD SERVICE, DON’T TRUST THIS COMPANY.
Try to order somewhere else!

Really bad experience
Really bad experience. First time shopping here. Bought a “Summer set” from Fear of God Essentials in the end of July and they immediately withdrew the money from my account. Sent them 3 mails to get the status of the order and they answered one of them 3 weeks after the first mail I sent. Last mail was 10 days ago where I asked to cancel and refund, still no reply…
Now summer is almost over and I still haven’t received my shorts and t-shirts!
Soooo unprofessional!
