Keeper Tax is easy and fast. They are very knowledgeable about all tax situations.

3rd year using the tool. Its the whole experience between it connecting to your accounts and making marking deductions easy. Then, also having a robust form process that doesn't feel overwhelming and provides clear information the whole way. Also works really well on web or mobile.

I have provided all of the information required to file my taxes multiple times via the Keeper upload system. Unfortunately, despite being advertised as appropriate for self employed individuals with complex tax situations, it is poorly designed for anyone with more than one source of self employment income/rental property income (e.g. the system assumes a 1:1 ratio between each rental property and 1099-K form, when in reality most landlords with multiple properties use the same payment processor across all of their properties, so a single 1099-K will have multiple properties included in the income reported), and despite sending dozens of messages with the same clarifying information and even speaking for half an hour with one of their CPAs who received this clarifying information (again) and swore he'd correct the problems with my return, they have just returned to me another draft return that contains the same set of inaccuracies/problems.

This was the best filing experience I have ever had. First started with a 1:1 meeting with a wonderful taz expert, Sarah. She was very interested to hear our situation. The team I delt with throughout the process was excellent regarding communicating with me and answering all my questions. I am excited to continue to work with such a great team of professionals.

Was worried about filing taxes as it was my First year in business and i didnt track many expenses on paper. Keeper made it easy for me to determine was was a deductible, and what was personal. I was able to file my W2 with my previous Job and i even ended up with a small return my first year.
