Service or payback is being refused for a faulty Rode Microphone
I ordered a Rode Microphone that was not working properly. I wanted to return it but they refused. The gave me the contact to Hyperactive.de - a company that supposedly does service for them. Hyperactive refused to do so. I do not have any legal connection to this company so why would I ask this company to get involved. Anyway Hyperactive refused and told me the keep drum is responsible. Keepdrum keeps refusing. So now I activated Paypal Buyer Protection and I will see what will happen. I think it is incredible that they are wasting my time with this.
