Cloud storage reduced to 60gb from 2tb.
I had premium pro and have had it for more than two years with 2tb of cloud storage.
Now suddenly reduced to 60gb and told by the support team that 2tb was a trial they were doing. How can there be a trial for 2 years? In fact probably more like 5 years.
K2S please get in touch 2tb of cloud storage is still available.

Premium Pro users get 50GB of download traffic a day. Downloads are fast, virus free and start immediately. They support my J-Downloader program which I actually like. Content is provided by users, so long as they meet K2S's T&C's. So if you have a lot of content you want to keep safe and share, then this is a good option. The only bad thing is that it is difficult to pay them by credit card, but they do accept crypto. Alternatively, you can use a reseller and K2S will refund you the equivalent in days of service if you are charged a "handling fee". I actually like this company. Their after sales support is also very good.

Keep2share essentially stopped responding to my complaints and to top it off my daily traffic allotment will not reset at random. This happened right after I submitted this review and then again recently. It's been nearly 48 hours and my "Used Traffic Today" has been stuck at 49.XX GB.
They think they can get away with this behavior because there's basically zero oversight, zero criminal liability for false-advertising. They advertised 50GB a day for purchasing a Premium Pro account. Not only am I not getting that but also at random the DL speed drops down to 300kbps.

"Download speeds are garbage (2-3 mbps max across multiple files), you're charged the data for the file size when the DL starts. If you switch VPN servers to alleviate Comcast / Xfinity throttling you're still charged the data. I exhausted my 50GB daily data trying to alleviate slow DL speed this way with and 9GB file and complained to K2S as I didn't even use 50GB (DL would start at 2mbps but then slow to 125-600 kbps within 2 minutes, I downloaded MAYBE 500mbps and then switch VPN server, do this 6x and that's my 50GB of data as you're charged the file size at start of DL not how much data you actually use, and I'm now out of data).
So I complain to K2S and here's my entire exchange:

This is a big problem, you're basically charging me the download data of a given file-size whether or not the download actually completes or not.

This is exactly how our service works - the daily quota for a file is deducted in full, regardless of how much you downloaded or watched. However, the daily quota will not be deducted for the file twice, so even if the download is interrupted, you can start it again - the quota will not be deducted.
Unfortunately, all this only works if your IP does not change, because the daily quota is tied not only to your profile, but also to the IP from which the files are downloaded. The system considers that two different IPs are two different users. This is protection against account transfer fraud.

Right so can you look at my usage and see that there is no way I could have downloaded 50GB of data within 30 minutes and reset my data? I think it's unfair that you charge me for the data up front, with the DL speed trickling down to literally 125 kbps, this file, please try it on your end and explain when no matter the VPN server this file goes from a max of 2mbps down to 125-600 kbps within 1-2 minutes with no other files being downloaded, meaning, it's coming from YOUR server and it's being throttled irrespective of the VPN server I'm using.
I have to resort to using a VPN because Comcast / Xfinity is throttling you without the VPN (per my recent support tickets).
So your system basically sucks and is unfair. I didn't download 50GB of data within 30 minutes, I submit a ticket, and you basically tell me to pound sand "too bad" .
I paid you for "Premium" service, this premium service has a measley 50GB daily cap that can be hit real quick with multiple successive failed downloads?
Golf clap, I will not resub at this rate.
