I ordered the $68 shoes and they came defective and very cheaply made. To return them it would have been $28 additional cost to me. These aren't worth it

THERE IS A NO RETURN POLICY unless the item arrives damaged. This is the first time in 35 years of ordering for home delivery that I have seen this. I too was offered a refund if I shipped them to China. The 6.5-7 size was way too small for my usual size 7 feet, and there was no arch support. I highly recommend you stay away from this vendor.
Sneaky advertising
I made the mistake of ordering from Facebook the women zipper waterproof ankle support boots. They are very flimsy like slippers and cheaply made. There is no label stating country of origin. The Facebook ad said they were 100% refundable, but no return address was provided. I contacted the company, Keenwalking, and was offered a 30% discount on my next pair of shoes. To get a full refund I would have to ship overseas. So far I have not been provided the returns address.
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY! I ordered a pair of LEATHER boots. I received a pair of cheap plastic boots that smell of some kind of strong chemical. The advertising also states they ship from the US. That is a LIE! They ship from Shanghai China. When I contacted the company, they offered a 10% refund or the option to return them to China at my expense. This company has been reported to the BBB and I am disputing the charge on my credit card. This company is a total sham and needs to be shut down. Do not order from this company!
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY
I bought a pair of waterproof ankle boots that turned out to be too small and too narrow. They were also not made of leather, looked and felt cheap. While in theory they can be returned for a full refund the catch is they have to be sent to China, NOT to the address on the package. And there is a lot of concern on their part about if and when they will actually show up back in China. That cost would have been about $25. So I would have paid a lot to get a refund, maybe. However, they of course want to make it easy for you so they will refund you 10% of the total cost and you can keep the shoes. Not happy but I can't do much about it. The shoes will find a new home with someone in need.
I got suckered into these Keen boots…
I got suckered into these Keen boots too. They are not Keens. Big fat ripoff!
These aren’t Keen shoes
These aren’t Keen shoes! When I ordered, the sight stated shipped from Atlanta, Georgia.2 months later the slow boat from China delivered. After the second wearing, the pull tabs raveled off! Not real leather and really don’t expect them to be waterproof, as advertised! Now, the hard part is getting my money back and shipping these worthless shoes back!
Terrible
Terrible. Cheap, ripoff. And a US 8 they make is nothing close to a US size. I would like to know the contact number the above woman, Maria, found. She says she got a refund, but the only way they are telling me I can get one is if I pay the post to CHINA! And they advertise "risk free, satisfaction guaranteed or money back" on their website. Post to China is NOT risk free. So did Maria pay postage to China?
Extremely disappointed
Extremely disappointed. Ripoff. Half price at 70$ !! These are NOT Keen shoes. They come from China, are poorly made, have no mfg name or label anywhere on them. You are not buying Keen shoes!!! DOn't waste your money.
Very poor quality
Very poor quality. Boots are stiff, no support, zippers don’t work.
They are ripping off a well known, quality brand. They are not supportive of returns and I’m sure shipping to China will cost as much as the return.
Received my cute shoes
Received my cute shoes. A great sneaker, easy to slip on, reasonably cute, and super supportive. I hope it's durable too.
The waterproof shoes are really cute
This is the worst retail experience I…
This is the worst retail experience I have ever had. Almost 2 months to get the shoes. Shoes plastic crap and damaged. HAD to send pictures of the damage and now they don't want to refund but want to send another pair of their crap. THIS IS FRAUD.
Deceptive Scammers
DECEPTIVE SCAMMERS! They swindled $68 dollars from me... Made it appear they were selling Keen boots at a reduced price... weeks for the order to arrive... small, cheaply made... refund would involve 'trusting' them and mailing boots back to China at my expense. Wish I read reviews prior to purchase. Facebook ads suck.
This is a complete scam
This is a complete scam. I've never written a review on anything before. I paid $68 for shoes that were "on sale" from $138. They arrived in a plastic bag 2 months later with no packing slip, and are the cheapest plastic shoes I have ever seen. They cost a few dollars to make. Furthermore, the name Keenwalking is misleading as I believe it leads customers to believe they are receiving Keens, or this company is in some way connected to or associated with Keen. When I asked for a refund I was told I would need to pay for shipping back to China, and that I could "request their address" if I sent them back to China.
Scam: Poor Quality Return to China
waited 6 weeks to receive boots. size was too small. poorly made. inferior materials. wrote to return boots. instructed to send boots to China or receive a 10% discount if I keep boots. Shoes were shipped from Vernon CA and the company claims a Delaware office. Why should I return the boots to China and incur the expense and most likely never receive a refund? DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.
Has anyone received a refund after…
Has anyone received a refund after sending boots back to China? I'm afraid to spend the money to ship it and then lose postage money as well as the original boot money. These boots are awful!
Horrible product
Horrible product, unhelpful company. Wish I had read these reviews before my purchase. Cheap construction and materials, off size, impossible to cancel order, long delivery time, have to pay postage to CHINA to return-no joke- then they tell you "it could take quite a long time" to get your refund.
DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this…
DO NOT PURCHASE anything from this company or a company called TAOS ed?? Not sure about the name. It is a Chinese company posing as the Keen company. The boots are worthless and they will not refund money.
